The TSC MF2400 series continues the streamlined structure design of the TSC industrial label printers MH240 and MX240P, and is the most innovative masterpiece among the 4-inch wide lightweight industrial models. MF2400 is small in size, simple and clear operation interface and complete options are suitable for every printing application requirement.
The compact design, silent operation and fast printing are very suitable for home, office or factory work. The mechanism design of all-metal material and the aluminum alloy casting printing mechanism module are durable, able to withstand the harshest production environment, and are designed for more durability and stability.
The new MF2400T has an intuitively operated 3.5″ high-color touch screen and 6 operation buttons. Common tasks like label calibration with just one finger touch. Customized menus so that frequently used functions can be displayed immediately On the screen, reduce the complexity of the operating procedures, making the print job easier and faster to complete.
With the combination of print head printing technology, higher-end CPU and upgraded firmware, the new MF2400 series printers provide the best print quality for TSC printers. This technology for optimizing print quality is called “Thermal Smart Control “Print head control printing technology”, by providing suitable interval heating calculations, so that regardless of small batch or large number of labels in each printing, the print head can be evenly heated to provide clear, high-quality barcode printing.
The MF2400 series can print a variety of diversified labels, including patient safety labels in the medical industry, electronic product labels, jewelry labels, and logistics and transportation labels, all of which can be printed in large quantities.
MF2400 has many communication interfaces, including Ethernet, USB, USB-Host, serial port (RS232) or 802.11 a/b/g/n wireless network options, Ethernet or Bluetooth. In addition, it also includes an optional GPIO interface module that can be connected to various industrial and label application equipment.
The MF2400 series can be equipped with a label stripper, sensor and rewinder. When printing, the printer will automatically print a peel-off label. After the user takes the label, the next roll label will be printed. The paper can be recycled conveniently through the printer’s internal rewinder without causing waste. Other optional accessories include cutter, label stripping module, GPIO and 802.11 a/b/g/n wireless network module and Bluetooth communication interface.
The MF2400 series includes TSPL-EZD high-level printer language that is easy to use and set up. TSPL-EZD is highly compatible and can support standard industry simulation languages, including Line Mode, programming languages for barcode machines of other brands (Datamax®, Eltron® and Zebra®).
It is also suitable for many IT operating environments, such as Oracle, SAP, Unix, AS/400, Windows, stand-alone operation and more compatible software.
The attached DiagTool configuration software can easily replace existing models with MF2400 series printers. The features of TSPL-EZD also include file management and programming language that can support stand-alone operation and shutdown mode solutions. It can print labels even without connecting to a host computer, or can continue to print labels during network failures.
