In Hua Xiaoli’s view, manufacturers can trace back to each production link of the product through the QR code, and even track the delivery date, delivery quantity, distributor name and address of each batch of products. Once a quality problem occurs, it can be quickly recalled within the scope of traceability, which provides a reliable scientific means for food safety assurance, and realizes the full chain traceability from the production end to the consumer end of the circulation link. At the same time, using the QR code to store detailed information such as product origin, manufacturer, quality inspection report, and anti-counterfeiting logo can effectively prevent counterfeit and shoddy products and protect the interests of legitimate manufacturers.
